Abstract Presentation Guidelines
21st Asia Pacific Association for Diabetic Limb Problems 2025 (APADLP2025) will take place from the 11th to the 12th of September 2025 in S.D. Avenue Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand. Physician, nurse and healthcare personnel who interested in diabetic limb problem are encouraged to submit abstracts to the 21st Congress of APADLP2025. All presentation will be publicly recognized during the APADLP2025 and will receive a Certificate attesting to their oral and poster presentations.
Guidelines for Submitting Your Abstract:
- All abstracts must be submitted online via the Congress Website (https://www.apadlp2025.com). Please read the instructions and the full APADLP2025 Presentation guidelines on how to prepare your abstract carefully, as abstracts submitted not according to these instructions will not be accepted. Abstracts sent by post, fax, or email will not be accepted.
- Abstracts should be written in English and submitted by the presenting author no later than August 16, 2025, at Bangkok Time [GMT+7]
- Acknowledgement of the receipt of abstract submission will be sent to the Presenting Author's email address immediately upon submission. Abstract accepted/rejection letter will be sent to you latest by August 31, 2025. The Presenting Author will receive all correspondence regarding the abstract status, presentation type, template slide or poster presentation, date, and time via the email that is provided in the abstract submission
- Abstract subheaders must include the full name of author(s) and professional credential(s), the full name of any/all co-author(s) and corresponding professional credential(s), institution and country.
- Abstracts must be limited to a maximum of 300 words, excluding the title and author(s)' affiliation. The abstract should follow the standard format, including Background, Objectives, Materials and Methods, Results, and Conclusion. Additionally, one table or one figure may be included without counting towards the word limit.
- Authors of abstracts accepted for presentation MUST be registered delegates and be responsible for all expenses incurred in producing their presentations, travel, and accommodation during the Congress.
- The conference will only accept unpublished research submissions. Case reports are eligible for consideration. All submissions will undergo a plagiarism check to ensure originality.
- Abstracts will be rejected if they contain no data or if the quality of English does not meet the required standard. All Presenting Authors will receive detailed presentation guidelines when their abstract has been accepted, and closer to the Congress date.
- All abstract submitters must complete their registration for the conference no later than August 31, 2025.
- Abstract presentations will be designated as oral or poster sessions. Oral presentations are scheduled for September 12, 2025, while e-posters will be accessible for viewing in front of the conference hall. The Accepted abstract presentations program and final agenda will be announced on the https://www.apadlp2025.com website latest by August 31, 2025. Presenters may choose to deliver their oral presentation in either Thai or English.
- The number of abstract submissions per person for our congress is limited to three topics, which include oral and poster presentations.
